After the pandemic, the student association of ETH Zürich is lacking active members.
Strategy
We overcame short-notice venue issues by building a temporary container-based pavilion, adapting to local conditions, navigating bureaucracy, and rallying a community to co-create a music-and-cooking event that was memorable for all.
