promeNOODology is a collective that cooks and eats in public places — squares, car parks, courtyards — to get people who do not know each other into the same place on purpose. Everything we have put on is written up as a story, everything that is coming is on the what’s on page, and the handbook and the do-it-yourself sheets are there so you can put on your own without asking anybody.
