Opportunity
An uninsulated vacation house in northern Italy provided space for 20 people. Its L-shaped layout and central yard with a fireplace offered an ideal setup to test collective living and resource sharing.
Strategy
We established a clear schedule combining necessary work (cooking for 15, cleaning, setting up a dance floor) with organized recreation (hikes, workouts, local bar visits). With participants travelling up to seven hours to attend, the project demonstrated how far people will go to invest time and energy into collective fun.
