We built a mobile ice cream machine using scrap gas bottles, borrowed welding tools, solar stoves, and surplus fruit rescued from local hotels. Money was not accepted; visitors created their own ice cream by pressing fresh juice onto a −20°C freezing cylinder, trading their time and participation for a shared product.
